The Johnson's Journey: 32 Weeks

How far along? 32 weeks!

Baby J is as big as: Honeydew {19in, 4.5lbs} -- i really don't believe this! ha.

Total weight gain: 24 lbs

Maternity clothes? Mix Matching-- I think I'm just getting in that "frumpy" stage.. yippie!

Stretch marks? Not yet, I'm scared I'm going to start getting them!

Sleep: One night I slept the entire night without getting up! I was so excited I was telling everyone-- that was a mistake-- the next couple nights I didn't sleep all that well. I wake up every time I move because of my hip pain. It's only on my side and so I find myself on my back a lot- which I've read/been told is a big no no...

Best moment this week: So many this week! 1. Last week at work our building had to be inspected for some roof issues so we had to leave for a while. I called up my sister and we went and had a 2 hour lunch just chatting about life. Loved every moment of it. 2. Our friends, Tammy and Callie, coming up from Texas for my baby shower. I got to meet Callie's adorable son for the first time! 3. My baby shower. Baby J was showered with SO much love. I left with a overflowing heart. Thank you to everyone who came! 4. My best friend in the entire world SURPRISED me this weekend for my baby shower. We left our baby class early {more to come about that} and went to my parents house to see Tammy and Callie and in walks Sam... I cried like a little baby!!!!

Miss Anything? Sleeping in. I don't know what that is anymore. I'm WIDE awake at 6:30 every morning.

Movement: all.the.time. I love it though. I'd freak out if he didn't move as much!

Food cravings: Nope- food really hasn't been all that appealing to me. I don't know if it's because I don't want to cook or there just isn't any more for food in there! haha. {no worries, baby is getting plenty of food}

Anything making you queasy or sick: nothing this week..

Gender: little man!

Labor Signs: Nah! Hoping they don't come anytime soon!

Symptoms: Tiredness for sure. Peeing. Some acid reflex.

Belly Button in or out? Flat- some days the top sticks out a little bit.

Wedding rings on or off? On and can easily come off!

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy for sure- too many awesome things have been going on for me to be moody!!!

Looking forward to: Baby shower #3 with my girlfriends this weekend! Hospital tour tonight. and march madness!

Daddy Moment: We had our childbirth class this past Saturday. Besides the fact that it was terrible boring and pretty useless Jon was a trooper for the time we stayed. I know that isn't quite up his ally but he sat and *attempted* to listen as much as he could. I had to tell him to stop making so much noise coloring on his paper a couple times haha! At lunch we actually made a run for it- for a couple reasons 1. Our friends were in town. 2. KU played at 1 and 3. It was boring. We spent the first 2 hours talking about what to eat and how to exercise. We're all in our 3rd trimester- we've already been told all that!

He also unpacked all our gifts from the baby shower so that he could see them all. He's so attentive to detail when it comes to the little man! I am so so so excited to see him as a dad!
