Cards

I have three girlfriends who are outstanding at sending cards for whatever the cause may be. I've always wanted to be one of those people who remembered everything and sent cards to everyone for everything. The past year, I got married, my grandma passed away, an uncle passed away, and I celebrated a birthday. Those three girlfriends of mine sent me a card for every single one of those occasions {thank you Sam, Nellie and Renee'}. Because of that, I've started appreciating, and understanding, the whole "card concept" if you will. It's thoughtful. It's a nice gesture. It puts a smile on my face. It shows me I'm loved, appreciated, and cared for. Therefore, I've set a goal to send cards more often. 

Today, I put two cards in the mail. For that, my heart is happy.
