Some girlfriends and I are planning a baby shower for a adorable friend of ours. While we planned to put pinterest in motion and make our own invites we ran out of time. I jumped onto etsy and found some super cute invites that match the theme of our shower. I can't share the theme or the super cute invites in case the mother to be reads this post! I'm sure you'll get over it. I'll post pictures after the shower.
Anyways.
I was emailing back and forth with Michelle, who was designing the invites for me {and cupcake toppers- yes we really are slacking this time. ek!} and she was super quick to reply the first e-mail threads, then it's like she just stopped talking- I sent her a couple messages and heard back nothing. Finally I said, "I'm sorry to have to do this, but I'm going to have to find someone else to design the invites for me." I got a reply back shortly after that explaining she hadn't got any of the messages until just now and 5 copies of each message popped up! Oops.
Long story short. She felt terrible. It wasn't her fault. It was't my fault. It was cyber spaces fault {clearly!}. However, she felt SO bad about it that she gave me the digital print for free. I told her that since it wasn't her fault I was going to pay her. Her response " I insist. Customer service is one of our highest priorities. Plus, I am sure you will tell all your friends about your new favorite Etsy Shop.;)" . So here I am, bragging about my new favorite design shoppe on Etsy. If you ever need any invites, cup cake toppers, banners, thank yous, etc done- check out her shop La Petiteparty Shoppe. It's a mother/daughter duo who's been in this party planning/decor business since 2004. I was very impress with her quick response and her customer service, the problem wasn't even her fault and she gave it all to me for free- that is definitely GREAT customer service- something you don't see much of anymore- not to mention how ADORABLE her invites are. I will be sure to use her again, and you should too!
